Processing Time
Art Prints are printed on demand and take up to 7-9 days to be printed and shipped. You will receive tracking once your order has shipped. Originals are shipped as soon as possible. 

Shipping Time
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 4-5 business days.

Returns
All sales are final. Prints are made to order so I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Damaged Orders
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact me at artbyros.raissa@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or incorrect item. I’m happy to assist you!

Shipped Package Does Not Arrive
If your tracking is showing as delivered but your shipment has not arrived, please contact your local post office with the tracking number (find this in your shipping notification). Often packages are waiting for pickup at your nearest post office.
